Regarding knee pain
I had taken creative and classical dance classes since I was 5 years old and continued till I was 16 years old. After that due to pressure of studies I was forced to discontinue. Now I am 18 years old. Few weeks back I decided to continue my dance since in lockdown there is no physical exercise . I didnt join any dance classes but started learning dance from you tube channels. Initially I started with soft creative and classical dances. Three or four days back I started learning a very speedy and energetic semi classical dance. But since that day there has been a pain near my knee area ( thigh bone ) and the ankle.  I thought maybe since I have done such a energetic speedy dance after soo long so its initially happening and will subside with time. But day by day the pain has been increasing and now its too much . It hurts while sitting or getting up ( involving bending or folding knees ) So what shall I do now ?
