Very severe pain on hips bone All time pain,not able to sit and stand for more than 30 mints. What to do?

Hip pain requires thorough examination and history , sometimes it looks likes sciatic pain misleading to hip pain . Cant say without clinical examination. For further clarification regarding your symptoms you can consult online or in clinic.

Is it in both the hips? On what movements it is aggravated? Did it start just after the miscarriage or it started just col of months back? On what all medications are you?
