Most probably this is grade II osteoarthritis, because there is involvement of medial compartment and reduced joint space.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs and foot and ankles. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. She has osteoarthritis with varus deformity of both knees- requires treatment.

It is osteoarthritis of both the knee joints.. Initial management will be with some medications and physiotherapy. If not subside then some injectable steroids. If not subside then surgical management.

Looking at the X-rays, she has Osteoarthritis in both the knees. Initial management is by pain medication and physiotherapy exercises. If it does not go away, then an injection within the knee joint.
