Bone & Muscle problems

Both my knees and my right elbow is paining since last few weeks . What to do . I aslo feel lot of tired.

Please suggest in the summer's morning which time is best suitable for taking Vitamin D from sun UV rays ? Or Is there any other time that We can take the Vitamin D ?

I have been getting muscle spasms more often since 3 months.. thigh, back, neck to shoulder. Also, I have experienced sacroiliac joint swelling, pain under the eye socket on far right, etc. Can there be any medical condition causing all these problems? I have Vitamin D deficiency. It was 17.3ng/ml,  3 weeks ago. I have been taking D-Rise-60k capsules since 3 weeks.

I was doing dance and suddenly I lost my balance and landed on one feet giving all my body weight. For few minutes I was able to walk with less pain but after some time the pain grew more and more. This incident happened 1 week ago and I still have the swelling and pain in my feet. What precaution should be taken to get relief from this pain and what will be the home remedies I should take. My mother has severe infection in her left foot ( due to rod and nails inserted in her fractured foot during surgery 7 years ago). Dr has suggested to get these implants removed as early as possible. Doctora kindly suggest: 1-Shall we wait for this 2nd wave of corona to subside. I am breastfeeding mom and I am suffering from neck shoulder upper back arm pain and chest pain in the left side chest. I am worried about it can any one guide me what to be done.

I am feeding mother suffering from inflammation and sever leg pains from bottom of knees to toe, using calcium tablet, symptoms are like difficiency of b12 and VitaminD, is that advisable to use B12 supplements and any medication required for leg pains and cramps. Please advise.

My mother's right hand is paining very much from the left side. This happens only during night time when she sleeps. I doubt around a month back she washed heavy clothes and some kind of nerve or joint is disturbed. Can someone please suggest what could be the possible solution for this problem?
