Sever leg pains from bottom of knees
I am feeding mother suffering from inflammation and sever leg pains from bottom of knees to toe, using calcium tablet, symptoms are like difficiency of b12 and VitaminD, is that advisable to use B12 supplements and any medication required for leg pains and cramps. Please advise.

Right hand from the shoulder pains night
My mother's right hand is paining very much from the left side.
This happens only during night time when she sleeps.
I doubt around a month back she washed heavy clothes and some kind of nerve or joint is disturbed.

Leg muscles pain
I got covid on 19th April. Took crocin and multivitamins. Didn't get fever after 5 days but do have weakness.
Also have extreme muscle pain in my both leg from last 4 days. I am not able to sleep bcz of this pain. When I sit or walk it reduces but while I am in bed it increases. Please advise what to do.
