Hairline fracture & internal damages
I have recently got a fracture in my right knee and it's a hairline fracture along with meniscus damaged, inside Ligaments are damaged and swelling and saviour pain are also there. It's been almost 30 days since I am wearing a knee brace and taking medication for support but swelling and pain is still there. Kindly suggest to me that what should I do now. The MRI shows ACL and meniscus tear- both of which might require surgery. But MRI findings need to be correlated with your symptoms followed by physical examination.
Next Steps

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs and foot and ankles. --. Use a stick in other hand. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab od x 5days --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
