My vitamin d is very low... my vitamin d value is 7.9....
One of my family doctor has suggested me to take arachitol injection...is it safe to take...is there any side effect...my 1st dose of covishield is done...

Vitamins D inj. Is 6 lakh units while tab.is 60,000 units, so 10 tsbs= 1 inj.
You can take 1 tab A/D
Check your vit D after 5 tabs.
You must take calcium tabs along with.
