I have consulted a doctor on this platform they suggested me to take shatavri churna and ashokarisht for heavy periods and weight loss. But due to corona I am not able to get shatavri churna or tablets.neither online nor offline. Please help me can I take only ashokarisht?

I have been taking the ashokarisht from 15 days. And now I feel that I may have urinary tract infection. I am taking all precautions from drinking water to hygiene everything. I took shatavri for UTI for 4 days but now I can't buy a new one due to non-availaibility of shatabdi churna neither online nor offline. I was advised by a practo doctor to take ashokarisht and shatavri for heavy period flow and weight loss and weekness.
