Is iodised pink salt and sendha namak of good brand ,good for cooking or or not,what is mentioned in Ayurveda about salt.

My arms are very fat also my breast is heavy.. Rather tummy is not so out, thighs are also okk. No history of thyroid and pcod is present. Want to get rid of heavy breast, side fat and arms fat.

Hi I have gas problem from last few month ..I do not have any indiegestion problem only gas problem is their ,Sometime when gas is not passed then it creat discomfort, I have this problem from last 4-5 month ,I eat moderate food only made in home ,not outside food ,drink 1 cup of coffee in day only.I had grade 2 piles ,last month I undergo laser treat of piles so right now I don't have piles.only have gas problem Pradeep
