Since 2-3 weeks i am feeling very anxious and depressed and mood swings and also constant thoughts coming in mind and also could not eat and also there are stomach problems like bloating burping! What medicine to take ?

I m 20 years old and I m just 5.4. I m not satisfied with that so I want to increase my height upto 3 inches. But I don't know what to do and how to do. So I want you asked you that which medicine is good and protein was help in that case aur not?

Hello Doctors... I have had Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face for about a year now. I did allopathy all the time only to find there is no cure for this.. 1 month into Ayurveda and my condition has improved by 20 odd percent.. But still not any close to being healed. I have Seb Derm in my ears and chest aswell.. l even do have eczema in both of my hands.. The Eczema on one of my hands was very mild and wentaway within 1 month of the Ayurvedic treatment without applying anything.. I am following a very strict diet of no gluten, no sugar, no dairy, no Oils and pure vegetarian food now along with Ayurvedic medicines. I I even dint shampoo my hair since 25 days mainly because ayurveda worked for me..or less I used to shampoo every 4-5 days.. Other parts where I had eczema are also 30 percent better and lighter.. But my main concern is the one on face and I'm using an Antifungal named Clotrimazole once a week to control the redness.. Please find the medication and photos attached..

Hi Would like to know vegetables, fruits and vegetarian food that needs to be avoided and to be taken for gout issue. We eat only vegetarian, but not sure why this issue occurs. Thanks in advance.

After eating meal every time throat get cough, always get cunjucted in throat after eating meal,some time after removing cough it gets normal.
