I'm taking antidepressants since 15 years, wrongly prescribe by a psychiatrist. I have no depression and didn't need the medication. Over the years I developed pounding heart due to change of medicines. It has worsened over the years and now whenever I go to sleep it is very bad. Heart rate is normal. BP is Normal .ECG is normal. 1. Is there any remedy for pounding heart in Ayurveda? 2. Can Ayurveda give any substitute for my antidepressant which is not having any effect but I have to take because it causes severe side effects if I taper or stop.?

Can I take Shatavari and Ashwagandha for PCOD problem? I am eating balanced diet without any cheat and doing yoga and exercises daily. I am not overweight. The only issue is irregular periods. I am taking medicine for it though. One of my friends also had same problem , she took shatavari for three months and did sesame oil massage on whole body twice a week with balanced diet and exercise and without any medicine and she is able to reverse her PCOD.

Hello doctor, my brother gets abusive whenever he drinks alcohol and he is currently drinking every night. But when he doesn't drink, he behaves ok, at least not abusive. So my family wants him to get rid of alcohol. But he doesn't want to and we can't take him to psychiatrist or de-addiction centre as he is not willing for such treatment and will get abusive if we ask. Thus I want to ask can you provide any medicine or treatment (like mixing something in food) without letting them know to make them get rid of this drinking problem? Another thing, I want to let you know about his health is that he had undergone an emergency surgery on kidney 1 year ago.

Since lockdown i have anxiety issue. Sometimes feeling like I might get heart attack and die. Due to which I often feel anxious and when anxious I get chest pain at left side starts from middle like tingling sensation. I also get some left hand pain and it will subcide on its own. Daily morning I get loose stools only once sometimes. Apart form that I was healthy before that. I feel like some vibration like feeling upper back side and upper chest area(left). Im really scared to know if it is not something serious. Please help me to understand this.
