Can I mix lemon juice with lukewarm water, Tulsipanchanga (whole tulsi plant Juice) Juice , Patanjali herbal tea and 3 drops patanjali Shudh Shilajit liquid and drink it at morning after having 1 spoon of Chawanprash ??

I have oily skin..can i use gulab rose water as a toner???.will it help?..and how can i use gulab it?
