I am 14 years old girl...21th march i am starting coughing when i wanted to speak..i saw many doctors but not get proper treatment then after 4 th month of suffering i get treatment...and the doctor told me because of too much strees...my nurves get dry so the problem was occurring...after some day i started sneezing,next i am hearing some craking sound from my whole body joints...i am eating enough calcium food..like dahi,dudh,almond, chola,bhindi,...and started passing 20 minutes in sunlight..i do it 1 day..and today...but my craking sound is no getting better..also it was increase..can strees cause it??or what is the reason..i am eating fresh vegetables, 1teaspoon honey, turmuric milk,amla,... Pls tell me the reason for 1)sneeze(can strees cause low immunity and because of low immunity i sneeze)from last 5 months 2)craking sound from joints for last 4 months 3)i want to stay cool and not to worry but what should i do...pls tell me... 4)i also have irregularity but not hard stool..
