I am suffering from GERD and Grade A Reflux Esophagitis and from 4 months I have lost 6 kg weight ...I have become very lean and when I went for other body checkups my CBC,ESR,CRP, TSH everything was normal but my appetite has decreased suddenly and I am now 47.8 kg with 160 cm height.! I want to increase weight...I am eating 8 chappatis in a day and 2 glass milk but still lean

I have recently started doing water enema (jal basti). This has helped me quite a lot with my chronic constipation. I wanted to ask if I can continue to do this on a daily basis? Is Jal Basti safe?

From last three months I am eating very clean diet means no added sugar, less sodium or mirch masala , no junk food, 3 litres of water . Just homemade food. Today and yesterday's evening I felt something was stuck in my throat. Today when i burp at that time a little food came out. I am doing yoga and exercises daily and i take walk after eating. I couldn't understand why is it happening? One thing i changed in my diet is Curd. I never ate curd before but now i am eating with roti and sabji and daal. Today in that small vomit also the curd and sabji came out. Should I stop eating curd? Please tell me any remedy .

I used to drink alcohol and cigarettes earlier.  But I have given up alcohol for 2 years and since then I have started eating Gutkha more. I am consuming of Gutkha for 25 pouches a day and 4 cigarettes a day.  Because of which I am very upset and I am sad with health and mind.  I want to quit gutkha and cigarettes but I am not able to leave.  I tried many medicines but did not get success.  Is there any medicine that can be so effective that can get rid of my gutka and cigarette and help me.  Help me 😢😢😢😢😢

Baidyanath karela jamun juice is a regular juice or medicine? What is the dosage of Baidyanath karela jamun juice.  My sugar levels are little high. Its mentioned in the bottle maximum 50 ml.
