Hi doctor, I am 26 year old male few months back I suffered from acne now it got reduced but left some acne marks and dark pimple marks on my skin. I used antoxid hc tablet with other cream but no use. Please suggest some Ayurvedic tablet (can I use Himalaya neem skin wellness tab?) and cream to over this acne scars and marks. I urge to yawn continuously but it is incomplete yawning. I can't yawn completely and I urge to yawn continuously .when there is incomplete yawning my mouth taste gets bitter and I feel shortness of breath and restlessness and when i yawn completely I feel better and my mouth taste gets normal.
