Please suggest how to get the whitish thing removed at corner of tongue need unique suggestion it's been 3 or 4 month no issues in tongue

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My Father, age (68) is suffering from Wet Cough (Mild) since past 2 weeks, He do not smoke, his Health Checkup reports came out Normal. Is there any medicine in Ayurveda with guranteed Quick relief? Please Advise!

I have cough syrup name as Cough Cure its unani syrup can i use it with leomon juice or pinaapple juice or any other sour iteams i heard when you take unani or ayurvedic medicine or syrup you should avoid it is this true ?

I urge to yawn continuously but it is incomplete yawning. I can't yawn completely and I urge to yawn continuously .when there is incomplete yawning my mouth taste gets bitter and I feel shortness of breath and restlessness and when i yawn completely I feel better and my mouth taste gets normal.
