I have consulted a doctor on practo for my heavy periods. They prescribed me ashokarisht for this for 3 months. I have complete one month.my this month cycle was normal. I want know, is there any side effect if i take this medicine for 3 months continuously?? Any habit forming or short/long term side effects...Please suggest.

Can I mix lemon juice with lukewarm water, Tulsipanchanga (whole tulsi plant Juice) Juice , Patanjali herbal tea and 3 drops patanjali Shudh Shilajit liquid and drink it at morning after having 1 spoon of Chawanprash ??
