I am having very dry hair can I use aloe vera gel on my hair and scalp everyday for smooth and shiny hair kindly reply

Everyone said that TURMERIC is good for skin...but whenever i apply it on my face with curd or with malai a tingling sensation occured. Sometimes its become red.. My skin is oily, sensitive.. Why is it happened to me??

Hi, I am facing mouth ulcer issue due to Vitamin B(might be B12) deficiency. It is happening from past 1 Year. If I take Multivitamin Tablat then issue get resolved but problem start again after 2/3 month. Kindly suggest medicine to continue for longer time which will not have side affect. In general I have issue with Acidity and high Uric Acid problem which is partially under control now.
