Can I take Ashwagandha with Aristozyme digestive enzyme syrup..will there be any interactions. Please let me know.

I have seborrheic dermatitis and hairfaall my doctor prescribed me kamaduga rasa and ghandak rasayn and Madurai guggul but it reduced dandruff but couldn't help my hair regrowth so doctor prescribed me kamaduga rasa,makardwaj rasayn , amrutadi guggul,geriforte my hair fall has reduced and my hair is better but these causing me acidity and heat in my body my feet will be burning and even eyes also will be heat and dry throat if I leave these medicines my hairfaall starts and I'm taking these medicines from 45 days they are causing me constipation old suggest how to take care of pitta while taking these medicines

I'm having low hemoglobin I'll eat very healthy food but still Hb is low last it used be 12.5 or 12.8 this year it came to 11.3 in CBC remaining every is normal so what may be the reason I have constipation also how to increase Hb
