My 8 month baby had runny nose and little fever from 5 days Allopathy medicine going on, But still runny nose..

Is it okay to have jaggery in Ulcerative Colitis?? In solid form or mixed in hot water. Someone told me to have jeera and Jaggery mixed in hot water.

I'm having post nasal drip since last 6 months, I always feel that there is mucus in my nose which is going to throat and I spit it out, sometimes mucus is white but in morning first mucus is little yellowish then it's while clear, I'm 30 year old weight 90 kg, what will help me?

Some one prescribed combination mixture of Brahmi, Ashwagandha & Jatamansi churna with milk in morning with empty stomach & at bed time. Also prescribed Avipattikar churna with warm water before meal & Saraswatarishta after meal. Is it good to treat the problem.

I have been using Ashokarisht from last 50 days as prescribed(for 3 month use) by the practo doctor for my heavy periods and cramps. One period was relieved and fine Due to non availability I have missed 2 days dose of it and all of sudden same cramps and heavy flow started in current period. There is no major life style changes or any other medications and I m taking as advised. I am worried why is it happening again with me even after all the precautions and medication. Should I stop using ashokarisht?? or continue taking it.i am very fed up I don't understand what to do now..Please advise me
