Hlo.. My age is 38 years, I am suffering from sleepless ness from back 2months, I finish my dinner by 7:30 nd I reach my bed by 9:45 keep my mobile a side nd sleep, but from back 2 to 3months I am unable to sleep, 10, 11, 12 just time move.. I close my eyes and try to sleep but can't, i tried some home remidies also but can't, doctor suggest me sleeping pills nitrest 5mg but I am fear to take it as it will be a habit, suggest me some Ayurvedic treatment or medicine for  this issue...

Please advise me some effective home remedy for cure this problem immediately. I am fed up of this problem. This problem hampers my daily activities. I can't do anything and always feeling of discomfort in throat. Please give me effective and immediate solution. Is ultrasound needed in my case?? And I am also suffering from allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip is there any relation between burping problem and allergies
