Am facing hairfall  since one year post delivery and grey hair issues sice 15 years I need Ayurveda solutions without side affects

Is it possible to cure gynacomastia by siddha or ayurverda or  homeopathy. is there anyone cured by this treatment?if yes means how long it will take to cure.

I am suffering from.antral gastritis . Since childhood I had a problem of taja garmi. The heat is not felt or visible externally . Prakruti is pitta , vata dominant . Because of this I am having problem of perrenial feeling of fullness , bloating , lack of appetite . My BMI is absolutely fine . I have noticed that some medicines are useful in such cases . I have excessive heat in body my eyes ,hand and feet will be burning and my abdomen hurts sometimes in lower part and sometimes upper part my pain moves and I have constipation also how to remove it pls tell some medicines I don't have any health issues

Symptoms- 1. Loose stools - 2-3 times a day 2. Morning - need to go to bathroom - after eating 3. Feeling of incomplete evacuation - bcz stool is there in rectum 4. No pain in stomach 5. It started from Aug 2018 Test done - 1. Stool test 2. LFT 3. Full body checkup 4. Colonoscopy 5. Everything is normal But the problem is still not resolved. Do you recommend any other test to exclude IBS D? Do you find the root cause of the disease instead of just prescribing medicine?? Do you really care about your patients? Do you really answer the questions your patients ask you or not?? These things really matters bcz this is the only way we can be solve the issue.
