Can i take vrindha tone syrup (it contains curculigo orchiodes,acacia catechu,emblica officinalis,tribulus terrestris,asparagus racemosus,elattaria cardamomum,bambusa arundinacecae,sugar and flavour(QS) while breastfeeding?

I am facing problem of incomplete excessive yawning for last 1 month.when yawn doesn't complete it causes restlessness and suffocation.only two or three times yawn completes. Otherwise half yawning all the day .when yawns completes I feel better .No other symptoms. No feeling of sleepiness. No tiredness.No loss of appetite .Oxygen level 99.pulse normal. ECG normal. Chest X ray normal. CBC normal. CRP normal. LFT normal. Creatinine normal. Not facing any breathing difficulty from chest .what is the reason behind this?

Is there treatment for acne in homeopathy? I am 27 yrs old. I was diagnosed with pcod following a severe acne break out 3-4 years ago. I took allopathy medication(isotane) and other tropical applications and had it cleared then. My menstruation cycles arent affected till now, neither do i have any other pcos symptoms like obesity, excessive hair growth etc. I have always had slight acne which leave marks ever since adoloscence. Now, after three years again the severity has returned. I want to address the issue at root level and have healthy, clear skin. Can this issue be completely cured in ayurveda/homeo? The doctor i am currently consulting hasnt given good results. I feel exhausted  with this problematic skin. Please help.

Hello Since 23 months I feel very tired and my body feels sick..My digestions system is also not good I feel acidity excess gas and chest pressure always My brain also feels foggy and dizzy...Some of my relatives have tried Himalaya products and they have worked well for them so I want your suggestion as to which himalayan Herbs product can I order online through Amazon For my condition..You can also suggest apart from Himalaya any other ayurveda product which will be good for me..
