Im suffering from asthma , and I want to eat rice at night , how to cook rice so that it does not hrm my body.

I am suffering from.antral gastritis . Since childhood I had a problem of taja garmi. The heat is not felt or visible externally . Prakruti is pitta , vata dominant .
