Pain in fingers
In morning time whenever i wake up, i have a stiffness and pain in fingers of my both hand from around 1 month. After 1 hour of waking up it gets normal. I don't understand why it happens and what should be done to make it right. Please help if anybody knows about it.

There may be certain causes like vit d deficiency or any other arthritis pathology. You need to get some test. Till you can massage your fingers with lukewarm mustard oil.
