Sir/mam,some of respected doctors in practo told me to take safi for acne with water.. But i cant understand "with water"means.? Dilute with warm water? Or After taken the medicine i will take warm water?

Hi I am having 2 years baby.She wakes up in middle of night mostly.After some time she will sleep but I am not able to sleep.i m feeling very tired and exhausted.Feeling low. Some days if I am very tired I can sleep otherwise if I do less work I am not able to sleep.Pleae help me.

Safi can intake for what problm? Some doctors in practo advised me to take PURODIL SYP for my acne,pimple,rash ,uneven skin..but i cant find it anywhere in my locality...can i take SAFI as substitute?

I am getting panic attacks and getting restless.my whole body is shivering.it feels like , i am loosing control over my body . The reasons i think it is happing are , i am uncertain about career , my freinds and relatives ... They all are settled in their lives.it builds insecurity in me.my financial condition is not good too ...

As soon as I eat I feel something in stomach... feeling is like growling, pain (light) mostly below breast...if i sit this feeling grows.. walking gives me relief and motions as well give me relief... What is happening ? What should I do ? Gasex didn't seem to work...

My mother aged 54 years with no diabetes/Blood pressure/Cholesterol/Thyroid history recently suffered from upset stomach.Constipation was the issue along with some discomfort/little tightness just below the right breasts/under the rib cage and some acidity too. She was passing stool however,she felt as if her bowels were not emptied fully.We consulted a MBBS doctor and got some medicines.Constipation has reduced significantly however after having food sometimes she feels the little tightness in the same place mentioned above.No pain only mere tightness. Rest no issue like vomiting,nausea,reduced food intake etc. What might be the reason??Can Ayurveda help us?We prefer no surgery preferably ..Also,how much time will it require to cure completely??

I HAD ANGIOPLASTY 4 YEARS AGO WITH 1 STENT .I HAVE NO DIABETES .DOCTOR HAS PRESCRIBED ME AZTO GOLD 10 FOR LIFE LONG.I WANTED TO KNOW IS THERE ANY MEDICINE IN AYURVEDA FOR AZTO GOLD 10 CONTENTS ARE CLOPIDROLGEL ASPRIN AND ATORVASTATIN. Is there any replacement for this as Ayurveda medicine have no side effects.i m having acidity problems because of this medicine.

Hi, I am working late night and normally I don't eat much food as I live in pg but now I am getting dark circles under my eyes and it's painfull too...what can I apply to remove dark circles or what can I eat?? Please suggest. Thank you
