. I am h.pylori posative .Can anyone kill it ...I don't want to take so many antibiotics... I don't want  my symptoms to be reduced ...I want h.pylori it to be killed so I can test and get it negative again!!

My wife doctor priscibed her M2 tone for irregular bleeding after drinking M2 tone she is gaining weight no thryoid problem no sugar all reports are normal the M2 tone course was 3 month she has completed 20 days why she gaining weight is there is any medicine to loose the weight

I am 33 years old female weighing 93 kg. I am having hormonal imbalance resulting irregular & heavy periods. Last year  due to thickened endometrium biopsy was done & the report showed as hormonal imbalance issue. I was having ashokarishta tonic , but recently diagnosed as pre diabetic. I would like to know  which ayurvedic medicine to take for hormonal imbalance issue if pre diabetic.

I was a diagnosed case of COVID in mid September(RT-PCR) I could smell everything Since couple of days I was not receptive to smell of LPG gas and burnt milk like these And today I did Ag-ab which was negative. I can only smell strong fragnance but when it comes to weak/light smell then I'm not receptive to those! Is there anything which I can do about it How can I improve

I am feeling from excessive incomplete yawning when I can't complete yawn I feel suffocated and feel restless and my heart beat gets faster and there is always a sensation of yawning on face. I feel suffocated in bathroom and feel butterflies in my bodybut after coming from bathroom I feel better. I also feel that I will die. Oxygen level 98. I have ibs problem i am taking drakshashava with arogyavardhani but not complete motion. I have to take allopathy ciplox antibiotic 50% relief. I have leg itching, sometimes nose infection, sometimes throat infection . I think blood infection. Any ayurvedic antibiotic.

Hi, Can pitta Dosha cause severe hairfall and gastritis problems? Does it stop body from absorbing vitamins and nutrients? I have severe hairfall and on blood test I had iron and b12 deficiency. I took the medication but after 10 months I am facing same problem again. Also my gastritis problems have increased .I recently vomitted due to gastritis and have back pain.is this sign of pitta? How can it be treated permanently? Almost everything I eat causes my belly to bloat. please help

I had ordered Ashokarishta for periods pains as nothing seems to be relieving. But I wanted to ask if I should take it daily, before a week of expected periods or during periods?
