Running nose itching nose itching thoart eyes &ear too using swasari pravahi syrup but not much relief I am 30 years old married girl at night & early morning the problem was very high not stop sneezing (chikh) please need some ayurvedic treatment

Hi, I am facing mouth ulcer issue due to Vitamin B(might be B12) deficiency. It is happening from past 1 Year. If I take Multivitamin Tablat then issue get resolved but problem start again after 2/3 month. Kindly suggest medicine to continue for longer time which will not have side affect. In general I have issue with Acidity and high Uric Acid problem which is partially under control now.

I have bladder neck obstruction problem...my MCU RGU test is normal...no stricture found...my abdomen pelvis report is also normal... doctor says your bladder neck is not relaxing properly...so my urine flow is slow narrow and not normal...now taking alfoo tablet day ...so my flow is normal...is there any permanent treatment in ayurveda...my age is 30... married
