Hereditary Osteoarthritis
I am 29 yes old lactating mother of a 10 month old baby.Now a days I have pain on my inner knee of my right leg.I also experience a severe Pain and swelling over my knee after any physical activity.It looks exactly same to which my father have who is suffering from osteoarthritis.It is hereditary and his whole family have this. I need help with the dosage of orthoherb capsule and oil application.please suggest something Also I wanted to know does it effect my baby as I am feeding him

She shd be on calcium and iron and check with doctor for calcium in body , good nutrition diet and sleep is very important for lactating mother

Mostly joints pain in lactating mothers is due to Vitamin D deficiency. Pl get yourself investigated by consulting as when mothers are deficient kids too require supplements . Osteoarthritis is not a common occurrence at your age though other types of arthritis can happen . At what age did your father and others started experiencing symptoms of osteoarthritis

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry,Take orthoherb/Go 365 Nutra (Charak) 1 tab thrice a day for 15 days then 1 bid for 15 days ,also apply oint gently, Ajmodadi Churna 1 tsf bid after meals with Lukewarm water, Take Prabal pisti 250 mg once daily

You can take Orthoherb Tablet twice daily after food. Apply oil over affected area and do gentle massage followed by hot  fermentation. Include more calcium rich food including diary products, nuts, soya, egg etc in your diet. Take Bonton DQ Tablet one daily, after food Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.
