My skin is combination(mainly oily),sensitive and acneprone.. Someone suggest me to use green gramflour powder to wash face daily.. Is it good for sensitive skin?? Can i use rosewater with it?

My akin is oily in summer, combination in winter.. And too much sensitive & acneprone. Can i use green gramflour as facewash everyday?? How many times a day? If i use it as a facepack what can i mixed with it? Can i mix curd with it?

How to avoid further tartar and plaque buildup other than brushing teeth twice a day? Is there any remedy which can help? Is neem stem protective?
