Is it fine to take patanjali's medhavati and zandu pancharista together... After breakfast and dinner??

In my face ,on nose the black pores have become it's very bad to look. How I remove these black pores? Name some medicine to overcome it.pls help

In morning time whenever i wake up, i have a stiffness and pain in fingers of my both hand from around 1 month. After 1 hour of waking up it gets normal. I don't understand why it happens and what should be done to make it right. Please help if anybody knows about it.

Hello Doctor! I'm suffering from pilonidal sinus on my left buttocks natal cleft and there is a small hole on the cleft on the buttocks line. A small of pus is releasing from there. May I know if this is serious condition? Advice please Thank you!
