L.m.p 24/11/20 before I m having brownish discharge is it normal or problem like brown color this is first time i m having

Currently i m taking MEDOHAR GUGGULU nd ayurslim but no change in weight is there from two months. What can be done more..? No thyroid No bp. No cholesterol No pcod.
