I wanted to know how to take karunjeeragam/black cummin in morning to fight cancer cells and control diabetes.

You can use it in two ways 1. Soak black cumin in hot water over night and I'm the morning filter the juice also squeeze out the juice from the soaked cumin. 1 tea spoon in 100ml water. Drink that juice on empty stomach 2. Boil 1tea spoon of black cumin in 50,ml water till the water level reduces to half to quantity. Filter and drink the fresh decoction early morning on empty stomach
