Yes you can relief permanently. If its in 1st degree, medicines will help but if its 2nd or 3rd degree then you may require Ksharsutra

Piles/ fissures can be kept under control with some lifestyle modifications and medicines. * don't stay up late at night ( it's a major contribitor in piles flare up) * avoid the foods that seem to constipate you  more * use hot compress 2/3 times per day * ayurvedic oil and medicines as per prescription
