Thin uterine lining is not always responsible for amenorrhea..or scanty menses! Many females with thin lining gets pregnant easily! We need to stop depending on reports too much! Do not take Raj pravartani vati on your own ... NEVER GO FOR SELF MEDICATIONS! Yes it can help you for onset of periods but won't help you in long run and cause hormonal imbalance! Digestion, sleep, diet, lifestyle is directly responsible for NORMAL PERIODS! If you correct this everything will sort out! Do consult first for this

Rajah Pravartini vati is not indicated here. To assess if you really have thin endometrium get USG done. After that work up can be done to improve your endometrial health. We have good results with Uttar Basti.

It (rajopravarthini vati) won't work in your condition. Endometrial thickness should be atleast 7-9mm

For thin endometrium this medicine may not help. You will need to take nourishing medicines, and a proper healthy diet. There are few Panchakarma treatments also that would help you
