Thin Uterine Lining
I missed my periods on march and april. I am daigonised with thin uterine linning and hormonal imbalance. I am told to have oziva herbalance along with diet, nuts, pomegranates and watermelon regularly. Will this help me? Within how many days can i get my period. Which nuts should i consume?

Missed periods according to ayurveda will have reasons like - -low hemoglobin,low weight -obstruction in blood flow -pregnancy -malnutrition And more This product that you're saying can give temporary cure to this problem but not a permanent solution for sure! However you can start with fruits and nuts if missed periods are due to malnutrition! Don't consume too many nuts and fruits as they will cause AAM formation( undigested food) will cause improper blood flow!! Root cause need to be find out and to be worked on ...hence proper consultation is required!
