My skin is oily sensitive acneprone in summer. Combination,sensitive,acneorone in winter. Curd or honey which one is good for my face?

Sleep problemMale, 35I am vata pitta prakriti.I have ibs problem at bed time bloating.i relief petril md 0.5mg. No relief by ayurvedic medicine brahm rasayan  and tagara at bed time. Any other ayurvedic cool medicine for sleep. Its because of muscle weakness not tension. Ashwagandha awaleha with any other cool medicine will help. Sarpgandha will not help. Its hot potency.
