I normally take Three to four litres of water in a day is there any side effects with more water Some times iam not able to control (hold) urine  even  for 5 minutes. Please suggest if any ayurvedic medicine or remidy for my problem. Thank you

I feel gassy and stomach pain starts in evening mostly around 5(2-3hrs after lunch)... Though when gas comes out I feel okay... this happens sometime in night...
