Better u go for yoga ,only medicines will not work.
Also follow some planned diet.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Eat millets instead of rice/ wheat.
Restrict fat consumption,spices ,masala,nonveg,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,fastfoods.
Sleep leisurely for six mmhrs atleast at night.
Drink enough water.
