I plan to improve my immunity and for this I'm planning to take the following ayurvedic suppliments. Kindly suggest if it's safe to take these and what should be the dosage. I may seek further consultation from you if I like the manner explained by you. These are the things that I plan to take. 1. Giloy Tablets ( 500 mg each) 2. Ashwagandha tablets 3. Ayush kwath immunity booster kadha 4. Panch Tulsi drops 5. Dr. Vaidhya Herbofit tablets Your advice shall be highly appreciated. I do not suffer from any other health issue except for allergy related to sinus. Thanks in advance.
