I feel everything my surrounding what happens when I sleep n also running pictures like in dreams not getting energy no sleep I want to take melatonin and ashwganda together can u take it together and I m in portugal i buy ashwganda and back of its there is instruction dont use in stomach ulcer .. actually I have digestive issues like mild gastritis .. can I take ashwganda for my sleep disorder along with melatonin supplement .
