Almost from past 1 year I am not feeling fresh and energetic after waking up in morning even after sleeping for 7-8 hrs at night .
Also I have moderate acidity issue.

U take ur dinner early by 8-8.30 pm and sleep by 10-10.30 pm. Dinner should be light.
Avoid spicy oily foods,fastfoods,bakeryfoods icecreams,.nonveg.....,also limited quantity of foods.
Walk,yoga,exercise playsports atleast for an hour everyday.
Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night.
Drink enough water
Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits and sprouts in all ur meals..
