Any other ayurvedic cool medicine for sleep. Its because of muscle weakness not tension. Ashwagandha awaleha with any other cool medicine will help. Sarpgandha will not help. Its hot potency.

1)First of all you preferred ayurveda medicine, congratulations to you.
2)Don't try to get relief in One dose of any medicines And do Not discontinue the Ayurveda medicines within a week.
3)As you Said yours constitution of body is vata pitta?.
4)just take Tab.Abhayadimodak 1 tab early morning around 5 am on holiday/sunday only up to 3 Sunday.(for mrudu verechana)
5) Tab.Kamdudha with mauktik (Dp) 2 tab 2 times a Day before food
6)Tab.pravalpanchamrut with mauktik(Dp) 2 tab 2 times in a Day after food.
7)Tab.swarna suthshekhar (Dabur) 1 tab 2 times in a Day.
8)syp.kumariasava10ml. 2 times with double water.
8)Tab.Zzowin(Charak)2 tab 2 a Day.
Next Steps
if Not relief. consult with Ayurveda physician near u.do detox therapy.
