Ayurveda and allopathic medicine
I have been prescribed ashwangandha(bed time) and sarawatharishtam(bed time ).but right now I have tapered my anxiety allopathic medicine in night to .125 and iam planning to stop it soon .kindly suggest whether I can take the ayurveda medicines when iam tapering this med.Also I want to take vit d supplements(bed time and morning  ) and inderal la 20mg(morning )  along with this .kindly suggest if I can take the ayurveda meds,inderal la 20 mg and vitd,b12 supplements together .will this result in any complications
