Transit Allopathy to ayurveda medicines
I have been taking inderal la 20 and rivotril 0.5 both for anxiety disorder.however when I visited ayurveda doctor  they have prescribed brahmi, manasamitra vatakam.but I do not know how I can stop allopathy medicine's suddenly since stopping inderal la 20 mg gives me chest pains  but my CT angio has returned normal .I would like to know how I can move from these medicines to suggested ayurveda medicines since the allopathic anxiety medicine is not comfortable for me .can I take inderal la 20 mg along with ayurveda medicines .please advise.

Take both allopathic and Ayurveda medicines together in a gap of 30 minutes to 1 hour.. Then slowly reduce the dose of allopathic medicine and stop completely.. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.

Now take ayuveda Medicines with allopathy., gradually decrease the dosage of allopathy Medicines according to the improvement of condition
