My husband was smoking marijuana for 25+ years he left smoking for almost 7 months now...he is suffering from high bp and his pressure is 170/117.What kind of medication and dietary habits change need to be done to reduce this

Saraswatarishta two tsf twice a day.
Manasamitravataka two tab at bedtime.
Brahmi vati one tab in the morning.
All after food.
