Quitted smoking but can't resist it more
I have quited smoking 8 days ago and had many withdrawal symptoms and i have cough in my throat and nose is also like that making cough (i think sinus is there ) also i had cough and tonsils infection and mouth me ulcer ana because of cheek bites and it healed and got checked with dentist too he said nothing to worry smoking reversal ha but because of the dar i left smoking but after leaving cough increased and i cant resist it more not to smoke as my exams are near and seeing myself sick So can anyone suggest me to start or mot ? If i start what precautions for mouth throat and lungs to keep it healthy and safe ? Pls help me in it i am a student and cang afford consulting Pls help me with proper allocation and will wuit again once more Pls help me doctors ! I want to quit but unable before it was not more than 2 days now its not more than 8 days ! I want a cure for sinus and cough also i use to cough daily after waking up or when its more ! I want a proper guidance pls help me

Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach. Take Haridrakhanda 1tsp  with milk 2 times a day. Do pranayama and dhyana.
