I have quited smoking last 5 days ago now i want to make my health better and my body parts detox especially mouth , throat ( tonsil's infection heavy one )and lungs
I am having cough and khasi jisma cough nikal raha ha ha baar baar throat me ajeeb se after 4 day of quitting and today also
Chest me thoda sa and all and mouth me bhi ajeeb ajeeb sa lag raha ha
I want yoga and natural fruits and food for being normal not any medicine.
And pls help me

You are doing smoking in the age of 20.very shocked.Are you living with your parents or not . first tell us why you start smoking. I think you also take drinks.
:- Drink boiled and leukiwarm water daily .
:- chew 2 ,3 black pepper two three times in a day .
:- Take it :- ginger+ honey+ black papper two or 3 times in a day ( half tea spoon)
:- Do not eat :- thandi tasir fruit and food like guava, Radish,banana,rice,milk,maize roti,curd,
OR you can take
Sitopladi churan with honey two or three times in a day
:- do gargals daily.
