I urge to yawn and there is incomplete yawning .i have problem of gas and allergic rhinitis. Earlier doctor told me that it was from low oxygen Level in my body but today morning I checked my oxygen level. it is 99 so my oxygen level is very good so why i am facing this yawning problem?

Respected doctor I am a  boy of 19 years old , I have been suffering from nasal congestion it started two weeks before initially it was not that much complicated but now it is ..sometimes my left nostril is blocked and sometimes right nostril is blocked it is shifting each other after putting otrivin nasal drops i get relief for atleast 10-12 hours then it again comes back and one nostril gets blocked,,when I come in contact with any dust I start to sneeze and after sneezing my blocked nostril gets opened but again gets blocked  ,,what is the remedy for this? I have cervical pain and  stipness since 1 year.
