My nose is fat from down side . can ayurveda help me to rehape it at some level ? can you please help me ?

My father has been bed ridden from past 45 days and he is currently in ICU, he is feeling difficulty to sense legs and hands as well can anyone please suggest effective ayurvedic oil for massage on my father's limbs. Please do respond ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Hi, 1) Every morning I have kessar, black raisins, aakroat (al 3 kept in hot water in previous night)  and mix with hot milk, 1 big tea spoon chyanprash , ensure (diebatic control health supplementary) and 3 drops of liquid Shilajit. Is it harmful to mix al and have it ??? My BP - 80/120... Pulse - 90. Triglycerides -163. I don't have any health problem and don't take any medicine.

I have IBS issue,I am taking allopathy and feeling better now. Earlier I have to go motion 4-5 times in a day,but after taking allopathy it seems controlled now. But I don't want to use allopathy for long. Can someone please tell me which is best medicine for IBS in ayurveda. I have tried kutajaristha but not effective.

Around mid of March I started experiencing a minor throat pain I took a course of AC-Zee basis recommendation from a physician.. however later the pain again started which was internal. I don't feel pain while gulping/swallowing or even my throat is not red or no traces of boils etc. So my physician thought it is some allergic reaction and recommended Montak LC for 10 days.. however the pain has not yet subsided and later after 4-5 months from mid July I have started to also experience shortness of breath. I often feel an urge to take deep breaths. Sometimes feel like taking a pause for breathing, while talking. More often I feel breathless after having food. I hv no family history of asthama. I have never smoked but I stay on higher floor where dust is more. However I have sound sleep and don't feel much sleeping difficulty. Pls help me with any ayurvedic remedy

Sometimes feel accute anxiety and currently taking Divya Medhavati and Sasraswatarishta 2 times &. Ashwagandha churna at night from last 10 days. Feel some better but not fully relief. Someone advice that Mansmitra vatakam or Himalaya Mentat is better than medhavati. Also taken Betacap TR 20 for BP & Anxiety. Plz advice the current medicines are ok or need any changes for better and early relief. BP is under control & sugar & Chelostrol is on borderline.

Even in normal days my body temperature is up to 97 - 98 F range. My hands feels warm every time. Need natural way to cool down my body.
