Urge to yawn
I urge to yawn sometimes complete yawning sometimes incomplete yawning for last two days. I have nasal turbinates in my nose and gastric trouble. What is the reason behind this and how to overcome this? Please advise

Yawning is a natural process but is increased , it can be controlled by taking adequate rest. not that more of sleeping will reduce it but you need a healthy sleep and Peace of Mind. also have adequate water intake Get up early in Morning and take bath immediately with warm water to feel fresh for the full day

Hi,  body tries to compensate for oxygen deficiency through yawning,  Talispatradi churna 1 tsf with honey twice a day after food, Anu tailum Nasya 2 drops in each nostril twice a day can be given
