Hello Ma'am ! don't worry, Your problems may be due to suppression of urges of urine/Apan vaayu/defecation etc, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya 3 tabs at night with Lukewarm water for 3 days, Ajmodadi Churna 1 tsf bid with lukewarm water after meals
