Taking tea empty stomach does not affect your hemoglobin levels but it may cause stomach irritation.
Taking tea just after meals is not recommended as it may decrease absorption of nutrients.

Tea Not actually if taken in limited qty.
Milk is the best to consume daily. It does not effect your hb.also does not cause acidity. I fact I suggest you to consume milk daily
Yes tea and coffee reduce the absorption of iron .So avoid with or just after meals
Otherwise also more than one or two cups per day are not good for digestive system
