Low hemoglobin
I'm having low hemoglobin I'll eat very healthy food but still Hb is low last it used be 12.5 or 12.8 this year it came to 11.3 in CBC remaining every is normal so what may be the reason I have constipation also how to increase Hb

Your hb  is not low for treatment. Secondly  you should avoid to take Fatty and spicy food. Clear your constipation

U eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts every meals.papaya,gauva,banana almonds,walnuts,drydates,raisins,blackcurrents figs,are good for u. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods. Milk,milkproducts aregood. Sleep for six hrs atleast at night leisurely.
